Broach tests and broaching

Thanks to the availability of a modern, 120-tonne CNC broaching machine, with a 3000 mm stroke, Vebro is able to broach customer parts and perform dimensional measurements on them, checks of profile shape and tolerance as well as surface roughness and hardness tests.

Upon request, and using Zeiss Gear Pro metrology software, we can certify the conformity of the broached part to standards ISO 1328-1

To complete its services, Vebro offers its customers the ability to broach small pre-series lots to facilitate fine tuning and production start-up.
